Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. LCS in Poland works with the biggest and most complex Advertisers to help them with Google AI and expert Googlers. The role involves selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that impact major global businesses and drive Google's growth.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in engaged selling and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience with influencing C-level.
  • Experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking.
  • Understanding of travel or the financial technology industry.
  • Ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.

Obowiązki

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customers, primarily from Travel and Finance and Technology industries, develop a clear, long-term strategy for them, lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success; build and own C-level relationships with these Customers.
  • Manage a team of Industry Managers and an Investigative Consultant, set and communicate team and individual priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values, coach them on engaged selling.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of AI-powered Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their business and marketing objectives faster than competition.
  • Role model Google AI Thought Leadership with Google products knowledge and Google AI product adoption.
