Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer - Finance & Operations (F&O)

• 5+ years development experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
• Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, security roles/duties/privileges, data entities, and batch framework
• Integration experience using Data Entities/OData/REST services, and familiarity with middleware patterns
• Comfortable working with Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including performance troubleshooting
• A good understanding of financial processes (GL/AP/AR/Bank/FA)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Design, develop, and maintain standard D365 F&O features, customizations, extensions, and follow best practices
• Deliver features across finance-related modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting enablement
• Build and maintain integrations (e.g., via OData/REST, Data Entities, DMF/recurring integrations, and file-based imports/exports), including optimizing high-volume integrations where API-based approaches have performance limitations
• Implement and optimize batch jobs, performance improvements, and monitoring
• Write clean, testable code; set up or adopt CI/CD pipelines and release management processes as needed
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Finance teams, and other engineers to translate requirements into working solutions
