The Deal Reporting team builds critical capital partner integrations and services to automate funding processes safely and reliably, partnering with Product and Capital Markets teams to implement complex financial structures, integrations, and reporting.
Wymagania
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin.
- Extensive experience developing highly available distributed systems using technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Spark and its inner workings is a must.
- Knowledge of task orchestration systems like Airflow or Temporal is a plus.
- Experience delivering major features, system components, or deprecating existing functionality through technical and execution plans.
- Ability to write high-quality, understandable, and reusable code.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and understanding systems from low-level language idioms to large system architecture.
- Demonstrated growth and impact through gathering and iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.

- Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale and align it with critical, business-impacting projects.
- Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle with product management, design, and analytics to ensure technical sustainability, risk management, and trade-offs.
- Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating technical solutions and operational processes.
- Take ownership of team operations and availability by ensuring monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing, and alerting are in place to support on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards and advocating for them beyond the team through writing and tech talks.
- Develop talent on the team by providing feedback, guidance, and leading by example.
