• At least 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years in a similar role
• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint 2019, Subscription Edition, and Online
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and React
• Experience with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Good understanding of multi-layered architecture (data, business logic, UI)
• Ability to design applications using UML
• Experience working in Scrum teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation
• At least one advanced-level certificate in software development (or an internationally recognized equivalent)

• Translate business needs into technical designs and architectures
• Optimize software for performance, security, and maintainability
• Estimate development effort and timelines
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Propose and implement technical solutions to business problems
• Oversee configuration, version control, and release management
• Support testing (manual and automated), QA, and deployment processes
• Provide 3rd line technical support for delivered solutions
