Fullstack Engineer (React & Node.js & Python)

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017 with a team of over 140 people. The company works with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe, focusing on growing competence rather than numbers.

• Expertise in TypeScript (JavaScript) with React and Node.js.
• Expertise in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience building and deploying secure and scalable applications in AWS (including AWS CDK, ECS, ALB, EC2).
• Strong understanding of containerisation and deployment using Docker.
• Experience designing and securing APIs.
• Experience with LangGraph and/or building agentic AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
• Ability to work in Unix/Linux environments and with Bash scripting.
• Robust software development best practices and documentation.
• Proactive and self-driven with ability to identify opportunities and suggest tasks.
• Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive mindset and constructive approach to challenges.
• Initiative-taker comfortable leading and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
