Wymagania

  • BA/MSc in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • 5+ years experience with SQL and querying large databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Strong experience with experimentation and A/B testing, including understanding statistical significance and power analysis.
  • Experience with programming languages and advanced analytics (Python, Cloud Data Warehouses, Claude).
  • Prior experience in high-volume user platforms.
  • Experience establishing analytics frameworks for new product features in a product-led environment.
  • Ability to connect data insights to actionable recommendations for game and product business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate data effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Python programming skills.

Obowiązki

  • Define and evolve product success metrics to measure business and user outcomes.
  • Analyze product and feature performance across user lifecycle stages: activation, engagement, retention, monetization.
  • Identify friction points and behavioral drivers in user journeys to influence product prioritization.
  • Define analytics and instrumentation requirements for new features from discovery through launch.
  • Own data integrity and scalability of analytics foundations.
  • Design and evaluate product experiments with defined success metrics and guardrails.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, visuals, and narratives for product and business decisions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering teams by surfacing insights shaping the roadmap.
  • Align cross-functional teams on success measurement and metric interpretation.
  • Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders for data-informed decision-making.
