Project Manager (SAP/SAP4Hana)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The role involves joining a strategic project for implementing a payroll and travel module system using SAP S/4HANA technology. The project addresses the expiration of support for the current solution and is a key element of HR environment transformation, including process standardization and migration to cloud architecture.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, especially in IT/ERP/HCM projects and SAP to S/4HANA upgrades with several full implementations
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies
• Experience in developing WBS and schedules
• Familiarity with JIRA and SCRUM
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Very good command of English (C1 level)
• High communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a complex stakeholder environment

• Comprehensive management of the SAP HCM migration project to S/4HANA from planning to implementation
• Building and maintaining schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Coordinating work of project teams and suppliers
• Reporting progress to stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Supervising implementation quality and compliance with regulatory and data security requirements
• Managing risks and changes

• Hourly rate up to 140 PLN net + VAT
