AI Engineer

Digital Hub Warsaw is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement AI features, agents, and system logic into enterprise technology landscapes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI/ML development with a focus on agent-based systems or enterprise AI integration
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Experience with cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of multi-agent systems, natural language processing, and enterprise system architectures
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and system orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
• Knowledge of ethical AI and responsible agent design practices

• Design and implement AI features, agents, and system logic into enterprise technology landscapes
• Develop intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution across enterprise systems using CoPilot Studio, Google Agentspace, etc.
• Integrate AI models and frameworks to enable dynamic and context-aware agent behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent roles, capabilities, and interaction protocols
• Utilize current AI technologies (e.g., transformer models, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems) to build scalable AI solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data sources
• Develop and maintain system logic that governs agent behavior, coordination, and lifecycle management
• Participate in Agile development and contribute to continuous improvement of AI engineering practices
• Document agent architectures, system logic, and AI model behaviors for transparency and maintainability
