The client is a leading international financial institution, one of the top three largest banks in Poland, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transformation of the payroll and business travel module system using SAP S/4HANA technology.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/ERP projects (SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA implementations are a plus).
  • Experience managing project teams.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile; SCRUM is a plus).
  • Experience in creating schedules and WBS.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Very good communication and organizational skills.
  • English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

Obowiązki

  • Managing the full lifecycle of the SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA migration project from planning to implementation and stabilization.
  • Coordinating work of project teams including HR, IT/Digital HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Cybersecurity.
  • Managing project schedule, budget, and implementation quality.
  • Creating and supervising the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plan using tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Reporting progress at various organizational levels.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and technology partners.
  • Ensuring solution compliance with business, regulatory, and data security requirements.
  • Incorporating UX streams and design thinking elements into project execution.
