Wymagania

  • Engineering degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in L2/L3 support
  • Solid experience with Windows Server administration and MSSQL databases
  • Experience with MS Excel, VBA, and Azure DevOps
  • Ability to build scripts and automated solutions using PowerShell
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including reading application log files
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and service management procedures
  • Professional approach with commitment to delivering results on time and within quality standards
  • Team player mindset with ability to collaborate in a multicultural, distributed environment

Obowiązki

  • Ensure effective operation, maintenance, and support of a 3rd party software-based business application within agreed SLA at customer sites
  • Manage and troubleshoot applications running on Windows server environments
  • Run applications, monitor system performance and health, and perform housekeeping sessions
  • Capture and document customer-specific requirements
  • Carry out software deployments
  • Identify and resolve causes of recurring errors
  • Maintain a knowledge base for issues
  • Provide logs and audit trails for security monitoring
  • Resolve security-related incidents
