Senior AI Engineer

Digital Hub Warsaw is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to define and design agentic AI system architectures and integration strategies, collaborating with AI developers, data scientists, and platform engineers to align architecture with business goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Extensive experience in designing AI system architectures, preferably in agentic or autonomous AI domains
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, integration protocols, and system design principles
• Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-agent systems, distributed AI architectures, and orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks

• Define the overall Agentic AI system architecture and integration strategy for Agentic AI use cases
• Design scalable and modular architectures for agentic AI systems, ensuring interoperability and extensibility
• Establish integration patterns and protocols for connecting agentic AI components with enterprise systems
• Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and platform engineers to align architecture with business goals
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI implementation
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical standards in AI system design
• Document architectural decisions, integration strategies, and system blueprints
