Obowiązki
- Provides advice/expertise regarding business requests
- Ensures operations for IT services and solutions for own region including integration, own area functions and business processes
- Influences own organizational unit
- Responsible for building and running IT services
- Analyzes IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses
- Trains staff to use the new IT system
- Business partnering for key users & process teams
- Contributes to incident management and problem management
