FunCrafters is a mobile gaming company with over a decade of experience, currently developing a new Puzzle RPG game with a major IP. The Sato Team is the core engineering group responsible for the entire game server architecture and development tooling, using a high-performance C#/.NET framework hosted primarily on AWS.

• At least 7 years of professional software development experience in C#.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, Redis, Docker, and AWS.
• Fluent in Polish and English for effective collaboration.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems such as real-time game servers or critical infrastructure components.
• Expertise in concurrency and parallelism using locks, semaphores, and concurrent data structures.
• Proficient with .NET asynchronous I/O models to maximize server throughput and optimize memory.
• Advanced memory management skills to reduce Garbage Collector pressure.
• Experience implementing or modifying network protocols (TCP, UDP, custom protocols) and selecting high-speed serialization formats like MessagePack.
• Skilled in profiling and diagnostics using tools like Visual Studio Diagnostics, PerfView, and dotTrace to resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Build and maintain the game server architecture and development tooling.
• Develop a platform based on C#/.NET framework.
• Utilize PostgreSQL for transactional persistence, DynamoDB and S3 for NoSQL storage and asset management.
• Employ Redis for caching, session handling, and performance acceleration.
• Containerize services using Docker for consistent deployment.
• Maintain architectural flexibility to integrate other cloud-native or open-source solutions as needed.
