• At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
• Experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, or others).
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM.
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.

• Direct the development and implementation of intricate business processes using ServiceNow.
• Analyze business requirements at all stages of development.
• Potentially lead a team of consultants during projects.
• Design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
