Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java & React)

They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, Java, and HTML with a solid software engineering foundation
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Engineering-driven approach to problem-solving and solution design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of ownership and accountability for assigned components
• Knowledge of FX trading, sales, or banking products
• Experience with financial platforms or trading systems
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Java, and HTML
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Apply domain knowledge in FX and banking to implement business-driven features
• Contribute to Agile development practices and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines
• Solve complex technical problems using strong analytical and engineering principles
• Provide support for related services, ensuring reliability throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions
