Senior GitHub DevOps Engineer (SRE)

We are looking for a Senior GitHub DevOps Engineer (SRE) to join our managed service team, focusing on CI/CD operations and site reliability engineering. The role centers on ensuring seamless deployment, integration and delivery processes, as well as resolving technical challenges in a remote-first environment.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience with GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging and alerting tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English with a B2+/C1 level of proficiency

• Architect, deploy and manage scalable self-hosted GitHub Actions runners
• Automate runner provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Integrate runners with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP, as well as container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Docker
• Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot runner performance, reliability and security
• Collaborate with development teams to understand CI/CD requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain documentation and provide training or support for engineering teams
