Senior Workplace Engineer (Citrix, with German)

• Experience in 2nd-level support for virtual desktop environments.
• Knowledge of Citrix Cloud VDI management, including monitoring, licensing, connectors, images, sessions, and reporting.
• Hands-on skills in PowerShell scripting and maintaining GPOs.
• Experience administering enterprise environments and working with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management.
• Ability to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and support SLA-driven environments.
• Collaborative mindset for coordinating with technical teams and service partners.
• Proficiency in English and German.

• Design, integrate, install, and decommission systems across the enterprise environment.
• Monitor and maintain the correct operations of virtual desktop environments.
• Perform acceptance testing and address user feedback on performance and experience.
• Provide 2nd-level support for VDI applications and infrastructure.
• Manage ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal teams and service providers.
• Support communication delivery within and outside the client organization.
• Follow up and remediate issues identified during technical and security audits.
