Senior Project Manager (SAP/SAP4Hana)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model for IT specialists delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading international financial institution, among the top three largest banks in Poland, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of the HR and payroll system and business travel module using SAP S/4HANA technology.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/ERP projects (SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA implementations preferred).
• Experience managing project teams.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile; SCRUM is a plus).
• Experience creating schedules and WBS.
• Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Project tools.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Manage the full project lifecycle of SAP HCM migration to SAP S/4HANA from planning to implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate work of project teams including HR, IT/Digital HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Cybersecurity.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and implementation quality.
• Create and supervise work breakdown structure (WBS) and project plan (including in Microsoft Project).
• Report progress at various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners.
• Ensure solution compliance with business, regulatory, and data security requirements.
• Integrate UX streams and design thinking elements into project execution.

• Salary up to 160 PLN/hour net + VAT.
