ML/Python Developer (Mid/Senior)

Project in the telco industry based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model requiring minimum 2 days in the office. The role is part of the Artificial Intelligence Systems Department consisting of Architects, Programmers, and Engineers.

• Knowledge of Python programming language, including object-oriented programming.
• Experience creating tests with pytest/unittest.
• Ability to containerize applications, create dockerfiles, and use Docker.
• Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments.
• Ability to use UML notation and create documentation for software.
• Proficient with Git.
• Practical experience with at least five of the following: RabbitMQ/PubSub, MongoDB, processes/threads/asyncio, FastAPI, deep learning tools (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Transformers), NLP tools (spaCy/Stanza), creating/training ML models in NLP, langchain/lnaggraf for LLM-based applications, Google Cloud, Apache AirFlow.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production projects as a backend developer.
• Participation in at least 3 backend projects using Python.

• Creating applications and software in Python.
• Developing tests using pytest/unittest frameworks.
• Containerizing applications and working with Docker.
• Preparing documentation including UML for developed software.
• Collaborating with the team and maintaining code quality using Git version control system.
