PMO Reporting Analyst

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating highly specialised teams for clients worldwide. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider with a global presence. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English language use.

• Experience in reporting, PMO, program governance, or transformation environments
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, Power Query, and data modeling
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level reporting materials
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and data quality
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Systematic, deadline-driven approach to work

• Respond with agility and precision to ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from senior stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain and continuously improve the workstream’s reporting framework and data governance structure
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and reliability of reporting data
• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering structured progress reporting
• Coordinate reporting cadence across multiple stakeholder meetings and governance forums
• Monitor timelines and ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Perform analytical deep-dives to support escalations and urgent business needs
• Improve automated data processes and enhance accessibility of reporting data
