Solution Architect

For a client in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead a large-scale Teamcenter integration project for a global enterprise customer.

• 6–8+ years of experience in the PLM domain, with strong focus on Teamcenter
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AIG integrations (T4EA / T4S / T4O)
• Experience working on complex, global integration projects
• Proven experience in architecting enterprise-level integration solutions
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and integration landscape
• Solid understanding of BOM management, configuration management, variants, and DMU
• Experience with inbound and outbound RESTful integrations
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance integration solutions
• Strong understanding of integration security concepts, especially cloud-related
• Experience working with enterprise applications (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting workshops with customers
• Leadership skills and ability to guide development teams
• High level of ownership and delivery-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• English – minimum C1 level
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale US-based projects
• Previous experience in a hybrid global delivery model
• Experience with cloud integration platforms
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Certifications related to Teamcenter or enterprise architecture

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance integration solutions based on Teamcenter (PLM)
• Lead integration initiatives using AIG products (T4EA, T4S, T4O)
• Define integration architecture, data flows, and security models
• Design and oversee inbound and outbound RESTful integrations with complex payload structures
• Conduct technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate across enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES, and other applications)
• Lead and mentor the development team to ensure high-quality delivery
• Support go-live activities and provide architectural guidance during critical phases
• Ensure compliance with security standards, especially in cloud-based environments
