Wymagania
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international corporation and/or a large organization with over 100 employees
- knowledge of Active Directory
- higher education degree in IT or a related field
- knowledge of MS Windows systems (installation, configuration, and daily use)
- knowledge of MS Office applications (installation, configuration, and daily use)
- basic knowledge of computer networks
- understanding of VPN-related concepts
- communicative level of English
- strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal clients
- willingness to work in shifts
- experience in providing remote support to end users
Obowiązki
- managing basic user access to IT systems and resources
- reporting hardware, software, and telecommunication system failures to external service providers
- upgrading and configuring IT and telecommunication equipment
- installing and configuring operating systems and user software
- providing first-line IT and technical support to end users
- registering and classifying incoming tickets and assigning appropriate priorities
- participating in the diagnosis, inventory management, and distribution of IT equipment
- handling support requests in a timely manner
- identifying and implementing the most effective and efficient solutions to technical issues
