• 5+ years in IT services management with extensive account management experience.
• Proven track record with international and Polish corporate clients.
• Extreme ownership and responsibility for all aspects within scope.
• Business and analytical mindset with understanding of numbers and cost-effective delivery.
• Excellent command of English and Polish (written and spoken); fluency in German is a plus.
• Ability to make hard decisions and respond quickly when needed.
• Team spirit, creativity in finding improvements, and being a true team player.

• Take full responsibility for a portfolio of 20+ clients, managing the bottom line and driving profitability.
• Build and maintain great relationships with clients, including regular travels, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with Account and Country Managers to build account plans and manage strategic investments.
• Lead client escalations, monitor team budget utilisation, and manage upsells/cross-sells within the portfolio.
• Proactively explore new business opportunities within the existing portfolio to drive expansion.
• Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
