Delivery Manager

Wireless Standard POS (Point-Of-Sales) (b2bsoft.com) is a retail management solution for the Telecom Market providing thousands of retailers with features and functionalities to run their businesses effectively with full visibility and control into every aspect of sales and operations. The product uses a microservice architecture (50+ services) and includes technologies such as .Net Framework, C#, .Net Core, React JS, Node.js, ASP.Net Core, Microsoft Azure, AWS, MS SQL, API, Dapper, HTML, CSS, and CQRS.

• 5+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
• Technical background in QA, Business Analysis, or Development
• Experience in application development or elsewhere in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Fluent in English with good communication and reporting skills
• Experience leading multi-national teams
• Leadership skills with ability to offer solutions and innovative ideas
• Organizational skills and ability to organize people and processes
• Ability to manage competitive priorities
• Self-motivated and stress resistant

• Work in the management team as a full member of the team
• Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development
• Develop and implement standards for the development and deployment process
• Primary focus on the development process and delivery process
• Ensure the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business Analysts
• Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with other Delivery Managers
• Help developers resolve technical problems through collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues
• Monitor individual employees’ performance
• Report directly to Delivery Director, B2B Soft
