Product Designer (Mid/Senior Level)

• Minimum: 2+ years of experience in Product Design (Mid level) or 4+ years of experience (Senior level)
• Proven experience in user interface design demonstrated by a strong portfolio
• Solid hands-on experience with the full UX design process and user research
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable ideas, concepts, and products
• Practical experience working with and scaling a Design System
• Ability to deliver high-quality design assets
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions
• High proficiency in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• BA/BS degree in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or a related field

• Strengthening UX through visual solutions tailored to user needs and cognitive abilities
• Ensuring high usability standards and visual consistency across digital products
• Designing final UI views and assets for web and mobile solutions
• Creating interaction concepts (wireframes), prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Researching, developing, and executing design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
• Conducting and supporting user research activities, identifying unmet user needs, and rapidly prototyping solutions
• Translating consumer insights into solutions aligned with merchant and financial institution requirements
• Analyzing usability testing results and recommending optimal design improvements
• Contributing to and expanding the Design System
• Monitoring UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Designing applications capable of competing with leading fintech products
