Senior Frontend Developer (Daylight)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as JavaScript or Front-End Developer.
• Advanced understanding of JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript.
• General awareness of web application performance best practices.
• Experience working with or contributing to JavaScript-based build systems (e.g., Babel, Webpack).
• Experience with React and React Hooks.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Jest/Enzyme, and Web Components.
• Interest in testing, code review, and code quality.

• Experience with Ember.js.

• Develop a part of a distributed system serving the hospitality industry, enabling hotel employees and managers to manage reservations, payments, and hotel services.
• Work within cross-functional teams on domain-oriented microservices.
• Participate in iterations with refinements, planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Use Gitlab for code synchronization, feature branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Open merge requests and conduct code reviews before merging.
• Use Docker and Docker Compose for local development and deployment of microservices.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and UI/UX department to ensure optimal user experience.
• Create internal NPM packages and design systems to share work and avoid repetition.
• Develop and maintain software features based on visual mockups and UX descriptions.
• Write tests and contribute to development infrastructure.
• Deliver high-quality, functional, and performant code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Agile, and Scrum.
