O ofercie
Ringier Axel Springer Polska Sp. z o.o. is the largest media-technology company in Poland. Their technology hub, Ringier Axel Springer Tech, consists of over 300 specialists building diverse IT solutions as part of a modern digital publishing platform. Their products reach 40 million users across various continents, aiming to help understand the world and make informed decisions while shaping the future of digital media.
Wymagania
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience designing digital products (SaaS / web systems / applications).
- Practical knowledge of UX: flow design, heuristics, basics of research/evaluation, and ability to translate findings into design.
- Good UI knowledge: designing clear, consistent interfaces with attention to visual detail, typography, and component consistency.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, autolayout, prototyping).
- Experience working with design systems (creating or developing).
- Ability to collaborate with developers (handoff, technical constraints, iterations) and care for implementation quality.
- Portfolio demonstrating process (problem → decisions → outcome), not just screens.
Nice to have:
- Experience conducting product/discovery workshops.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and content design (UX writing / microcopy).
- Experience in B2B environments / complex systems with multiple user roles.
Obowiązki
- Lead the design process end to end: analyze needs, define assumptions, design alternatives, validate, and iterate.
- Design flow, information architecture, and interactions (UX) for new features and redesign existing system areas.
- Create high-quality hi-fi mockups and prototypes in Figma focusing on clear scenarios and states (empty/error/loading).
- Co-create and develop the design system: components, patterns, style guide (colors, typography, iconography, spacing, layouts), and usage documentation.
- Unify product experience by identifying inconsistencies, proposing systemic solutions, and ensuring implementation.
- Collaborate with the development team: prepare specifications, describe component behaviors, accessibility (a11y), support during implementation, and design QA.
- Work with stakeholders (PO, dev, business): gather requirements, facilitate workshops, present and justify design decisions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and organize the process (content variants, microcopy, quick feedback analysis).
Benefity
- Small team, large product with real impact on key system areas without corporate decision layers.
- Collaboration with a product-engineering team that delivers and iterates.
