Wymagania

  • Experience in e-commerce, mobile, or digital areas
  • Practice in mobile application development and participation in UAT tests and business acceptances
  • Ability to work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics
  • High communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Independence, ownership, result orientation, and good work organization under time pressure
  • English language proficiency at B1 level

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of retail or fashion environment

Obowiązki

  • Co-creating the roadmap for mobile application development and coordinating its implementations
  • Translating sales goals and KPIs into specific technological initiatives
  • Developing functions supporting the Omnichannel approach and customer experience
  • Refining business requirements, identifying risks, and ensuring quality of implementations
  • Coordinating cooperation between business teams and IT and supervising compliance with assumptions
  • Testing new functionalities (UAT) and creating materials supporting business teams
  • Analyzing sales data and user behavior to optimize solutions
  • Monitoring mobile/digital trends and recommending new development directions
