As a Customer Technical Support Expert in IoT solutions for buildings. You would be specializing in showcasing Samsung's cutting-edge technologies and integrated building solutions. With a deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, this role will be dedicated to helping customers leverage Samsung's innovative products and services to optimize building operations, enhance occupant experiences, and achieve energy efficiency goals.
