11 bit studios S.A. is a game development company based in Warsaw, offering a hybrid work model.

Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director
8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems)
Experience with combat design
Experience and very good skills in managing a design team
Ability to work in hybrid model in Warsaw office
Experience with working on indie/AA and understanding their limitations, capabilities and advantages
Knowledge of Polish and English at B2 level or above
Ability to write good project documentation
Ability to define technical requirements
Ability to work within time and project constraints
Very good communication skills
Passion about games and keeping up to date with the industry

Nice to have:

Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision
Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process
Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback
Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems
Provide feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design
