Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or similar.
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter customization process, preferably confirmed by relevant certification.
- Specialization in areas like rating, product design (APD), migration, or cloud implementation is an additional asset.
- Strong Object Oriented Programming skills and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, JIRA, and Agile delivery process.
- Domain knowledge and understanding of P&C Insurance.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proactive in skill enhancement and able to establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Team player committed to constant progress.
- Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, growth-driven, with good time management skills.

- Be part of business transformation projects to create solutions that redefine insurance services and positively impact client experiences.
- Design, develop, and test scalable solutions within Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system.
- Collaborate and advise different stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle using a forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset.
- Support clients' IT and business users in digital transformation of key systems.
- Create solutions with performance and quality in mind using proven methodologies and validation processes.
