Junior Python Developer - Freelance

Netguru offers application development services for various industries including fintech, healthcare, commerce, tourism, and robotics.

• English fluency at least B2 level.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience using AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude code, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini for daily work.
• AI-savvy developer who actively uses AI tools to code faster and better.
• Solid foundations in software engineering principles.
• Language-agnostic mindset.
• Familiarity with modern frontend or backend development.
• High learning speed and coachability.
• Interest in AI-assisted coding as a learning and productivity tool.
• Technical education and/or exposure to demanding programming contests (e.g., ICPC, Google Code Jam, programming Olympiads).
• AI fluency is not required; curiosity and responsible use are expected.

• Join one of three client projects focused on healthcare: 1) Universal health profile with AI summaries and proactive guidance, 2) Solving doctor capacity crisis to help doctors handle more patients with higher quality, 3) Marketplace for healthcare services across channels.
• Work full-time on freelance assignment with B2B contract.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of developers using dev-friendly processes such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Code Review, and bug bashes.
