DevOps Engineer

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar.
• Proven experience as a DevOps / Engineering Team Lead, including team mentoring, technical decision-making, workload prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
• Hands-on experience migrating applications and infrastructure from on-premises to GCP or other cloud providers.
• Skilled in designing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient GCP architectures using infrastructure as code, containerization, and managed services.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience building and optimizing observability stacks with Prometheus and Grafana, including metrics design, alerting strategies, and dashboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Strong communication skills to work across disciplines.
• Commitment to best practices and ensuring high security of designed solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Migrate applications from on-premises to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Monitor web applications and automate daily tasks.
• Maintain the production environment.
• Collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are highly available, secure, and efficient.
• Take ownership of complex systems, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Share best practices and drive key DevOps projects through hands-on technical contributions.
• Develop automation scripts, refine CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure to enhance system reliability and team productivity.
• Engage with engineering teams and stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment strategies.
