Business Analyst (m/f/d) FlexHub

Commerzbank's internal delivery capability, FlexHub, is a team of engineers, architects, analysts, and experts working directly with business units in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź. The team drives high-priority initiatives and builds internal expertise that lasts, focusing on engineering solutions without sales targets or utilization pressure.

• Proven ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to design and develop functional solutions including IT concepts.
• Ability to bridge business and IT, advising on technical and functional solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Deep understanding of User Stories.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
• Experience creating detailed documentation for functional and technical specifications.
• Fluency in English and Polish at minimum B2 level.

• Create high-quality, detailed documentation to support functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze, design, and support implementation of banking solutions to enhance secure data exchange.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams.
• Independently develop and process tasks in a cross-functional team to deliver innovative products and services.
• Build sustainable digital architecture for new and existing banking use cases.
• Conception, implementation, support, and further development of banking products while maintaining quality and security standards.
• Define, document, and optimize processes related to banking solutions, considering policies, procedures, workflows, security standards, and legal regulations.
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions considering security, regulatory requirements, best practices, and scalability.
• Transfer professional, procedural, and technological knowledge.
• Develop and implement digital strategies for innovative technology introduction.
