Agentic AI Product Owner / Business Analyst (German)

The role is for a client project involving the development and implementation of an Agentic AI solution in an international environment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in roles combining Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Experience in gathering requirements and defining solution vision.
• Practical knowledge of working in an Agile environment.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams (including AI) and business units.
• Ability to validate solutions and prepare test scenarios.
• Experience analyzing use cases for reusability.
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements and defining the target vision of the solution (target picture).
• Managing the backlog and prioritization using Agile methodology.
• Close collaboration with AI Engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Supporting the testing process, preparing test scenarios, and validating the solution.
• Analyzing and modeling use cases with consideration for reusability.
• Coordinating solution delivery within an agile project management model.
