Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The project involves developing banking products in the investment area with a long-term duration, using technologies such as UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, REST, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. The work mode is hybrid with meetings in the Warsaw office every two weeks.

• Recruitment process consists of two stages:
  1. A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  2. An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) covering experience and technical knowledge

• Experience in the banking or insurance industry (or general financial area)
• Experience in system analysis
• Knowledge of the listed technologies (UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ)
