For our client operating in a Shared Services environment, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Process Transformation Manager to support a large-scale payroll transformation and vendor change initiative.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations, including at least 3 years in a Shared Services environment
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in project management
- Proven experience in payroll process transformation projects (vendor change experience is a strong asset)
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and their interfaces with HR and Finance
- Practical experience in process mapping and process gap analysis
- Knowledge of payroll and HCM systems and payroll data management
- Experience working in matrix organizations and with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in international or multi-country payroll environments
- Participation in payroll system implementations or automation initiatives
- Experience working with external payroll vendors
Obowiązki
- Lead end-to-end payroll process transformation initiatives across Shared Service Centers
- Map current (“as-is”) payroll processes and design future-state (“to-be”) solutions
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, including automation
- Support preparation and execution of payroll vendor change initiatives
- Oversee payroll/HCM system configuration, data migration, uploads, and reconciliations
- Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and Time & Attendance requirements into system solutions
- Partner closely with local HR and Finance teams across multiple markets
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive change management activities within payroll teams and stakeholder groups
- Prepare and present regular status updates and transformation outcomes to senior management
