• Comfortable working with the MS Office suite.
• Understand ITIL fundamentals and the Change Management process.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and maintain clear communication.
• Work with attention to detail and follow structured methods.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Register, categorize, and evaluate Changes, including impact and risk analysis.
• Ensure full approval is obtained before any Change is implemented.
• Chair Post Implementation Review meetings for your supported area.
• Review, monitor, and communicate the progress and outcomes of cross‑tower Changes.
• Coordinate documentation and activities related to disaster recovery plans.
• Supervise the installation of security patches.
• Support consistent application of Change Management processes and standards.
• Contribute to transparent communication between all stakeholders.
