Senior Product Designer, Core UX & Mobile

PandaDoc provides an all-in-one document workflow automation platform that helps fast scaling teams create, manage, and sign digital documents including proposals, quotes, and contracts. The company empowers more than 67,000 organizations and focuses on the Core UX & Mobile area to define foundational experience patterns across mobile and web platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of user psychology and human-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of front-end and AI technologies.
• Ability to integrate user research into the design process using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 English).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: experience in document lifecycle management software.

Core UX & Mobile @PandaDoc:

• Design and evolve the overall information architecture of the application.
• Work across web and mobile platforms to create consistent, scalable experience patterns.
• Define reusable UX patterns and structural frameworks for other teams.
• Collaborate with the design system team to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Create a flexible experience framework to support long-term product growth.

Role responsibilities:

• Independently manage full design cycles from research to implementation.
• Craft user journeys aligned with product behavior, user needs, and workflows.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design hypotheses.
• Collaborate with design system team and developers to implement improvements.
• Communicate changes, project progress, and strategic thoughts to stakeholders.
• Promote design principles and user-centered design philosophy.
• Champion usability and accessibility principles to create intuitive user experiences.
