• Practical experience working with Shoper and Magento platforms.
• Participation in data migration and system integration projects.
• Good knowledge of API and data exchange processes between systems.
• Experience in replatforming projects (migrating a store to a different platform).
• Familiarity with analytical and user behavior monitoring tools: GA4, GTM, Hotjar.
• Experience with integrations involving ERP/WMS systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and general front-end concepts.

• Lead the project of migrating the online store to a new platform based on an open source solution.
• Analyze business needs and propose implementations of new e-commerce functions and tools.
• Supervise cooperation with an external agency, coordinating and controlling the progress of work.
• Evaluate and verify technical solutions proposed by the contractor.
• Coordinate and verify the correctness of integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, payments, warehouse).
• Conduct functional tests, stage acceptances, and prepare the deployment for go-live.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in the development and further improvements of the store.

Ongoing Shoper support (basic scope):

• Implement minor changes and improvements in the store.
• Configure modules, promotions, payment methods, and delivery options.
• Support the team with technical issues and provide first-line assistance.
• Maintain constant cooperation with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics departments.
