Senior Platform Engineer (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Relout is a boutique consulting and technology partner working for international projects and clients from various industries, helping startups, software houses, and enterprises to transform and scale their businesses. The company connects passionate engineers with fast-growing digital and technology companies. The role is for a long-term project with a client providing safety solutions for the logistics sector, operating mainly in the US and Canada.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Cloud, Infrastructure, or DevOps/Platform Engineer
• Strong experience with Azure and Kubernetes infrastructure management including large-scale and distributed systems
• Experience maintaining and developing Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests
• Experience building reusable and scalable infrastructure components and automation (Infrastructure as Code) via Terraform and Ansible
• Ability to share knowledge and opinions via technology demos and brainstorming sessions
• Initiative-taking and ability to drive projects to completion without direct supervision
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Fluent verbal and written skills in Polish and English (C1+)
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, SafeGPT is a plus
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell

• Design and develop cloud (Azure and Kubernetes) infrastructures and platforms including networking, autoscaling, and disaster recovery
• Implement and develop automation and configuration management through Terraform and Ansible
• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure and services supporting application delivery
• Ensure efficient management of cloud assets through automation and observability tools
• Continuously re-evaluate existing stack and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance, availability, and security
• Implement security, governance, and compliance solutions such as secret and identity management, tagging enforcement, organizational policies-as-code (OPA/tfsec)
• Automate repeatable delivery practices to bridge development and operations
• Partner with SRE/CloudOps on patching, vulnerability remediation, platform deprecation, and incident readiness
• Coordinate with vendors/managed services and support contract renewals with technical input

The client operates in US timezones (EST) but requires only 4 hours overlap for business meetings and syncs, with a maximum of 20:00 Polish time.
