Technical Business Analyst ESG

VeritaHR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking market in EMEA. They conduct systematic market research to support their Digital Teams.

• Experience of delivering technically focused Business Analysis services for change initiatives involving multiple internal/external organisations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with audiences of varying business and technical understanding and seniority.
• Strong understanding of ESG Data and data lifecycle.
• Experience working as part of an Agile Tech Delivery team.
• Experience developing solutions integrating third party data.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis, ESG, and Agile.
• Language skills: Polish and English.

• Elicit requirements using appropriate methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process and workflow analysis.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Work closely with the Pod Delivery Manager to communicate project progress, estimates, and updates to stakeholders and senior management, including creating documentation and presentations as needed.
• Support the project with analysis, testing, organisational and project-administration skills as required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Gather, analyse, manipulate and document data and translate this into technical specifications for data engineers to implement.
• Ensure all requirements, process flows, and solution designs are clearly documented to agreed standards, maintaining traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
