Senior Business Analyst (k/m) [110-150 zł/h netto + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company specializing in custom application development, including mobile and web applications, serving clients worldwide. The role is part of the Application Development unit and the Analysis and UX (AUX) team, which consists of a team manager, four business analysts, and two UX designers. The AUX team works autonomously on various projects using agile and waterfall methodologies, supporting business and system analysis as well as the full SDLC cycle.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project analysis
• Experience working with corporate clients in requirements gathering, analysis, feasibility validation, and proposing solutions
• Experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Skills in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and creating project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Ability to monitor business assumptions implementation and test deployed solutions
• Ability to create project materials enabling effort and cost estimation
• Knowledge of software development techniques and strong technical understanding
• Understanding principles and rules of solution architecture
• Experience working with technical documentation and specifications
• Fluent English language skills at minimum C1 level

• Experience preparing offer analyses and collaborating with sales departments
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI use in analytical processes
• Experience modeling system architecture and designing reusable solutions
• Experience in projects for international clients, including the Persian Gulf region

• Business travel to Qatar (2 weeks on-site, 1 month total)
• Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities and co-creating project offers

Work mode is remote with mandatory business trips to the client in Qatar (2 weeks on-site, 1 month total).
