Senior Business Analyst

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technology, experts, and full operational support, including legalization of stay and work for international IT specialists. They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• Experience working within a global organisation and with globally distributed development teams.
• Proven ability to capture both explicit and implicit requirements and define appropriate solutions in collaboration with users, sponsors, and technology teams.
• Experience in analysing systems and assessing user impact alongside engineers and business stakeholders.
• Track record of contributing to improvements through innovative solutions, approaches, products, or services.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and respectfully articulate ideas and engage in collaborative discussions.
• Ability to build effective networks and proactively seek collaboration opportunities.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced).

• Perform detailed analysis of the ICE product and technology landscape, including data, systems, and interfaces.
• Translate user requests and business problems into functional requirements, system processes, and solution designs.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, customers, and the ICE development team.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements in development tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct business process modelling.
• Create flowcharts and data flow diagrams.
• Lead handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify efficient and effective solutions.
