• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Change Management.
• Proven track record in leading impact assessments, planning change initiatives, and delivering change activities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and manage expectations in complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Background in financial area with knowledge about technology and risk management.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.

• Bring best‑practice insights into service transition and organizational change, guiding the organization through periods of transformation.
• Maintain and continuously refine the service and business transition plan to keep it aligned and effective.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Program Leads, the Line Organization, and Business stakeholders to drive transition activities, owning selected projects end‑to‑end.
• Lead change impact assessments and turn insights into clear, actionable change management plans.
• Build alignment among stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and commitment to the change journey.
• Create transition materials that clarify complex changes and support smooth adoption.
• Support the seamless handover of the program into operational line functions.
• Keep reporting overviews (execution tables) accurate and up‑to‑date across all Business Areas.
• Communicate transition progress and key updates to stakeholders at all levels, including workstream leads, SPOCs, and COOs.
