• 6–10 years of experience in payroll design or multi‑country payroll process architecture.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working in global or multi‑regional environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional payroll solutions.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English.

• Design and improve global payroll frameworks and process standards.
• Translate business needs into clear payroll design recommendations.
• Advise on compliance and regulatory considerations across regions.
• Support global transformation and system implementation projects.
• Cooperate with HR, Finance and IT teams on integrations and solution design.
• Analyse requirements and prepare documentation for payroll processes.
• Monitor regulatory and market trends to ensure future‑proof payroll design.
• Contribute to cross‑country harmonisation initiatives.
