Salesforce QA Specialist

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in manual (functional) testing
• Experience in Salesforce testing (Experience Cloud is a plus)
• Experience in coordinating QA activities is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce (Experience Cloud, Flow, Permission Sets, Validation Rules)
• Test case design
• Functional, regression, UAT, and smoke testing
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Confluence (optional/advantageous)

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams
• Proactivity and eagerness to develop professionally

Test Planning and Strategy:

• Developing a comprehensive Test Plan (scope, objectives, types of tests, entry/exit criteria)
• Defining approaches for SIT, UAT, regression, and smoke testing
• Identifying project risks and dependencies
• Establishing the defect management process

Hands-on Testing in Salesforce:

• Creating test cases based on requirements and system configuration
• Testing Experience Cloud pages and components, Salesforce Flows and automations, Validation Rules and business rules, objects, Record Types, Permission Sets, data visibility, and sharing models
• Performing regression testing for subsequent releases
• Retesting and verifying bug fixes

Reporting and Quality Management:

• Logging and categorizing defects
• Coordinating priorities with the technical team and Product Owner
• Reporting on test progress, risks, and quality of delivered functionalities
