Digital Transformation Consultant – Life Sciences (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

Accenture is a global professional services company serving the Life Sciences ecosystem, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and healthcare services organizations. The role is part of the Life Science team within Strategy & Consulting / Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, serving top global pharmaceutical and med-tech companies.

• Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in technology consulting or technology roles in a Life Sciences organization.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and working with delivery teams in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Understanding of working in regulated environments, including documentation and quality considerations.

Bonus points:

• Experience with system validation or quality documentation for regulated environments.
• Exposure to data platforms, reporting, integration, or master data management initiatives.
• Interest in practical applications of artificial intelligence in Life Sciences, focusing on governance and value.

• Design and implement solutions in marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for Life Sciences and Medical Technology companies.
• Help clients reimagine commercial strategies to scale customer-relevant engagements and achieve growth.
• Support clients in digital transformation of key capabilities.
• Innovate and grow in biomarkers, in-vitro diagnostics, lab technology, interventional medicine, biomedical engineering, and medical devices.
• Combine technology strategy and Life Sciences industry knowledge to drive demand, strengthen positioning, and accelerate project delivery.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support implementation programs including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with data, integration, and platform teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality requirements.
• Contribute to data integrity, system documentation, and quality expectations for regulated environments.
• Create client-ready deliverables including roadmaps, governance materials, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and client product owners to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

• Work location includes hybrid model: remote, client offices across Europe, and Accenture offices.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
