Senior UI Designer (international project)

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team and help create modern, intuitive, and consistent interfaces for clients in the financial sector. You will join a project team delivering solutions for one of the leading banks in Saudi Arabia, where you will co-create digital products—mobile and web applications—used by millions of users.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in UI design for the financial sector (retail banking, fintech, insurance)
• Portfolio containing at least two digital banking projects (link required)
• Highly proficient in Figma (expert level) including creating components, auto-layouts, prototypes, design systems, and using tokens and variants
• Knowledge of Material Design 3 and/or iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Understanding of RTL (Right-to-Left) design principles and ability to adapt layouts and typography to the Arabic language
• Ability to prepare clear handovers and collaborate effectively with developers (React / React Native)
• English proficiency at C1 level, able to present concepts, justify design decisions, and communicate daily with the client

Additionally, we value:

• Experience in Motion Design (Figma Motion, ProtoPie, After Effects)
• Familiarity with CMS / Headless CMS systems (e.g., Strapi, Contentful)
• Experience in digital onboarding, paperless, and self-service banking projects
• Understanding of brand consistency principles in financial institutions

• Design screens for mobile and web applications for the banking and insurance sectors (eKYC processes, onboarding, dashboards, purchasing financial products)
• Co-create and develop the design system—components, tokens, variants, styles, dark/light modes
• Create interactive prototypes and deliver complete handovers for development teams (states, behaviors, assets)
• Ensure visual consistency, clear information hierarchy, and understandable communication in interfaces (trust-driven design)
• Participate in design reviews with the client and development team, responding to feedback and changing requirements
• Collaborate with UX, Frontend, and Product Owner / Business Analyst teams in an international environment
