IT Administrator

We are looking for Specialists to join our internal Service Desk team who will provide professional technical support to users and develop skills in IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and IT security.

• Experience working with AWS cloud environments
• Ability to manage users and roles in AWS IAM according to the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP)
• Ability to define access policies (Action, Resource, Condition) and use tools such as IAM Access Analyzer and Policy Simulator
• Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Intune
• Practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Communicative and proactive
• Fluent Polish language skills
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation

Additionally, we value:

• Basic knowledge of Terraform and Bicep
• Basic knowledge of PKI (SSL certificates)
• Experience working with Jira

• Administer Active Directory in a hybrid configuration (Azure)
• Register and manage tickets in Jira Service Desk Management
• Provide remote support for users working on Windows 11, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS systems
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Support IT security activities, including participating in ISO audits and following internal procedures
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve more complex issues
• Prepare reports and technical documentation (Confluence)
